only found it in school rumble second semester episode13 where one of the main character keep seeing the image of Ryu Nenji and receive the fear that he will fail his final and wont be able to pass to the next grade. he keep seeing the image of his the flunkout phantom for part of the episode whenever he look at his friend face or when he saw his food.

That failing a grade and fer failing a grade is common in(especially during Final)almost any High School and having an image for this universal fear is great. The image of the character of Ryu Nenji(aka The Flunk out Phantom) is a warning to all student that see it image to show they may possibly fail their grade.
