Origin
The meme originated from the movie "Kick-Ass", which was directed by Matthew Vaughn. Near the end of the movie, a bodyguard is in a hopeless situation when the character "Hit-girl" kills one of the other bodyguards. The specific bodyguard then says "Fuck this shit, i'm getting the bazooka".
Usage
The meme is often used in situations, where a person feels helpless, hopeless or just annoyed over something, which follows by saying the phrase.

The Spread of this meme was mostly through macros based on memes like Fuck that Shit and also “Fuck That” Guy / Dumb Bitch. The macro spread through multiple sites through the other memes it is derived from. It's spread began after the opening of the movie "Kick-Ass".
