The use of the phrase 'HNNNNNNG' as a reaction to exceptional cute situations or characters. Initated by a set of 4-koma by the artist 'Pimmy' in which the protagonist of the game Katawa Shoujo, Hisao, who has a heart condition in the story, suffers a heart attack after witnessing the female protagonists in various situations. While the phrase was included in the original comic, the meme can be considered an evolved form of the original 'HNNNNNNG' meme.
