At the end of the 7th Dragonball Z movie "Super Android 13", Vegeta and Piccolo are sitting on an ice berg, and Piccolo asks "is it over yet?" and Vegeta replies "Not until a fish jumps" Seconds after saying this a fish jumps from the water and Vegeta quickly states "its over". This is completely out of character for Vegeta which makes it hilarious and also the way he says it and how quick he says it. It originated on YouTube and has spun off a sparta remix and an animated version.
