Kirk Thuggins is the nickname given to Minnesota Vikings Quarterback Kirk Cousins after the Vikings started a winning streak which caused Cousins to celebrate by wearing gold chains and dancing with his teammates on the plane rides between cities. This has lead to a spike in memes posting about Cousins being 'Elite' and an all-star Quarterback.
