LittleMoeFades "Wake Up / Run" Prank refers to a series of videos in which TikToker LittleMoeFades, known partially for his large eyes, stares at people on Omegle and repeats, "wake up" or "run" in order to make them feel uncomfortable.
Origin
On December 7th, 2020, LittleMoeFades posted a video to TikTok [1] titled, "Staring into peoples souls until they get uncomfortable," the first of an ongoing series of videos all following the same premise (shown below, left). On December 9th, he uploaded the 12th part of the series to TikTok[2] in which he stares at people on Omegle but also says "wake up" repeatedly as-per the request of a commenter (shown below, right). The video gained over 571,000 views in 20 days.

On December 9th, 2020, LittleMoeFades uploaded part 19 of the "staring at people until they feel uncomfortable and leave" series to TikTok,[3] again repeating "wake up" (shown below). The video went viral, gaining over 28 million views in 20 days. On December 12th, he uploaded a video to TikTok[6] in which he says "run" repeatedly instead of "wake up," garnering over 8.4 million views in just over 2 weeks and becoming another repeat prank (shown below, right).

On December 27th, Nitro.if posted a Cyberpunk 2077 video edit featuring LittleMoeFades' face saying "wake up" to Instagram[4] garnering over 180,000 views in 2 days (shown below, left). On the same day, korozelly uploaded a video to Instagram[5] captioned "My sleep paralysis demon do be faded doe" to Instagram, in which Moe's face saying "wake up" is edited into footage from Monsters Inc., garnering over 55,000 views in 2 days (shown below, right).
On December 28th, crustysoup uploaded a video edit to Instagram[7] using a clip of Moe saying "wake up" to Instagram, garnering over 65,000 views in 1 day (shown below).
