The first time this gag appears was in 2008 NBA, by the Houston Rockets‘ mascot, Clutch. This was later used by The Toronto Raptors mascot during half-time at a game against the New Jersey Nets; today that video reached over 3184500 views.
The latest use of this gag was in the NFL, by the Tennessee Titans mascot, T-Rac, the 12 of September, 2010. Between the comments of the video, the "Whoa! thats not right…" of the announcer's stood out as a catchphrase. There have been over 15 uploads of the video since then. The most viewed has 85500 views.
