No Hugh was created due to the 13 year old kid, Hugh Kennedy. (A correct picture could not be found) Owen Evans, another student, countered the popular "Your Mom Gay" and "No U", with a slip of the tough, by accident, creating No Hugh. Meme generators were then used to make No Hugh memes, posted of Flickr and Instagram, leading to slight fame, before being removed due to Hugh not willing to have pictures taken of him. (SEE IMAGE GALLERY FOR SAMPLES OF REMAINING MEMES) This began to transform into a large, well known thing in West port, and possibly one of their biggest memes.
