About
The O Face is a slang term that is used to describe the facial expression one makes when climaxing.
Origin
While it is unclear who coined the term "O Face," its mainstream popularity can be attributed to the 1999 workplace comedy film Office Space. In the film, the term is uttered by one of the main character's colleagues Greg Pitts (played by actor Greg Pitts) while performing the "air-humping" gesture.

Egoraptor
On August 19th, 2008, Egoraptor released a new animation called Awesome Center Redux: Under the Awesome, which was a remake of his parody on Trauma Center: Under the Knife. The animation was extremely loved like always, but there was one thing that totally stood out, the so called O-Face. At one moment in the animation, the main character is driving a motorcycle when suddenly a woman jumps on it's back and says 'Here, let me assist you, doctor'. Then, the doctor pulls his famous O-Face. The animation can be seen on Newgrounds or on Youtube. The O-Face comes up around the 0:44 mark.
The O-Face became extremely popular and was used in more videos and images, mostly used as a sign of sexual excitement. It even got it's own T-shirt and keychain. It was, however, never really parodied just because it was too awesome. At the 0:50 mark in the official animation, another popular face is used, however it never got it's own name and never became more famous than the O-Face.
