While not a widely known meme, Oh my god, JC a bomb! Was first uttered in the universally acclaimed RPG-Shooter hybrid, Deus Ex.
This video features the in-game protagonist, JC Denton, talking to the pilot, Jock – JC had previously discovered that a bomb was planted onto Jock's helicopter, which he then tells Jock.
Jock then utters the line "Oh my god, JC a bomb!", which JC replies to in a monotone voice "A bomb!"
