The @FakeHakim on Twitter is a parody of Mayor Jack Hakim of Bullhead City, Arizona. The actual mayor, is livid over the counterfeit Hakim. The real Jack Hakim went off on a series of rants at a city council meeting over the @FakeHakim. He blames local radio hosts for creating the account, but the local radio hosts claim to have nothing to do with it.
