Rick Ross' BET Hip Hop Awards Outfit refers to a blue velour suit worn by American rapper William Leonard Roberts II during his performance at the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards, which inspired many Twitter users to create "Totally Looks Like" photoshopped images.

On October 15th, 2013, rapper Rick Ross performed with rapper Future and DJ Khaled at the BET Hip Hop Awards show wearing a blue velor suit without a shirt underneath (shown below).

Immediately following his performance, many Twitter users began mocking the rapper's attire by comparing him to a variety large blue fictional characters, including the Cookie Monster from Sesame Street (shown below, left), Blastoise from Pokemon (shown below, middle) and a teddy bear (shown below, right).[1][2][3][4][5][6] On the following day, Redditor IncorrigibleLife submitted an image of Rick Ross and the Cookie Monster to the /r/funny[11] subreddit.
