The Robloxian 3.0 is a term used by more mature roblox players to describe the new default man and woman body packages, which are highly criticised by them too. Due to the rise of roblox after the portrayal by many famous youtubers, many young children joined roblox and received the default packages.
Many of these children also take to the roblox catalog to take as many free stuff as they can, and developed a new noob culture on roblox. Very recently, the noob culture, especially the many stupid, dumb and idiotic things they say had become a popular meme, especially on twitter.
After popular youtuber, Keemstar tweeted a comparison of another youtuber to a robloxian 3.0 noob, mainly to roast him, has blown up, making the meme even more popular, spawning in new memes.
