SO on over the past few days, It's time I give you guys a proper update on this entire situation that played out between me and FAKKU over the past few days. First and foremost, l'd like to thank the fans of HH for their amazing support and well wishes throughout this ordeal. You guys are the best support system a guy like me could've asked for and I truly appreciate it. However, let me emphasize that posting death threats and promoting acts of violence against FAKKU staff members and Jacob in particular, no matter what your intentions are, is absolutely unacceptable and I strongly condemn any such behavior. These people aren't just usernames on a forum, they have real lives and families to take care of. Please end the hate and brigading as it's not even necessary! This whole situation played out over a misunderstanding. When I said that he hadn't talked to me after I transferred the website, that wasn't entirely accurate. We did keep in touch after that but when Jacob didn't reply to me for a month, I assumed the worst, figured got played and aired it out in public. When in reality, everyone I've talked to says Jacob was just awfully busy preparing for AX and handling his company affairs to get back to me. Now could we both have handled that better? Yes, we could've. I shouldn't have overreacted and private and have he should've gotten back to me sooner. We both talked about this resolved any beef there. I've always wanted to work with FAKKU. That's the entire reason I messaged them years ago. It was and still is my dream to turn HH into a legit enterprise. A place where you can access the latest videos in all their uncensored glory - whilst also supporting the creators. And that's only possible if we do this with FAKKU. Everyone knows that piracy is almost always a service problem. Going the legal route offers us many advantages that you just cannot have as a pirate site, and I hope to deliver an experience superior to anything else out there. Don't worry though, as HH will always be free to use. So, what's next? HH will continue as an independent entity, with FAKKU helping us achieve our goal of legitimacy. And this time, l'll be much more involved in making sure that happens. I'm pretty satisfied with the plans we've laid out, so the future of HH is looking good. At the time, he seemed like a savior to me. Offering to swoop in and take over HH and deal with Japanese companies and come to a legal agreement before the lawsuit even gets to me. Brilliant! What more could I want? Hell this is precisely what I wanted all along! Talking with the content creators and the companies directly! However, one little thing he failed to mention was that I wouldn't be part of HH after that. You can see how that would rub me the wrong way. He even contractually agreed he'll handle any lawsuits regarding HH, but what would that act of generosity cost me? My site. The brand. Everything I built. Had I known that, I wouldn't have agreed and looked for another way to settle this with the copyright holders. I would've gladly paid the "millions" I earned from HH to the creators if it meant I could keep my website. Why wouldn't I pay the creators, when know that I could easily make more itf go legit? The ONLY time I failed to pay them when this legal s--- popped off and I had to disappear because legitimately thought I was in trouble.
