Origin:
May 31, 2016, at a Twenty One Pilots concert in the Emotional Roadshow in Cincinnati, OH, a man was periscoping the concert. The periscope ended abruptly when he said the infamous phrase "Sorry Guys, I'm at 1%. Thanks for watching!" right when the fan favorite song Kitchen Sink started playing. People were outraged.
