McDonald's Adds Second Butt To Pompompurin Happy Meal Toy

Aside from being a round little cutie, the canine equivalent to Hello Kitty, Pompompurin is also notable for his anus, as strange as the sentence may be. The little asterisk under its tail is something of a fan favorite and a necessity for Purin products.

It makes sense McDonald's would include his little butt for their Happy Meals in Japan, but Ronald might have become little overzealous. A viral tweet from @nanaumi_kana shows the Purin toy with not one, but two little buttholes. It's the star so nice, they printed it twice.

The additional anus has garnered nearly 250,000 likes and 75,000 retweets in the past week, challenging unsuspecting Twitter user's knowledge of the iconic dog's anatomy.

It's even spawned something of a contest to showcase how many or how few anuses can fit on the dog's backside.

McDonald's may have beefed the number of buttholes that can reasonably fit on Purin, but they still have time to correct the mistake. Maybe for their next round of Happy Meal toys, they can do something more akin to this:
