Perennial all-star rapper Snoop Dogg has found himself in another surprising avenue in his life, developing a competitor to Cocomelon.

This week, the rapper has seemingly set his sights on children's entertainment with a new venture called Doggyland Kids, and it features a CGI representation of him singing nursery rhymes and original positive-message songs to a group of CGI dog-children, all anthropomorphized.

Recently, Doggyland went viral on TikTok and other social media with a live-action mascot character dancing with children to the song "Affirmations." On Tuesday, it then reached the parent side of Twitter, with many praising the song for its positive messaging.

Outside of just the "Affirmations" song, many were praising the Doggyland project for the animations used, the spin Snoop put on classic nursery rhymes and the original videos trying to get kids more excited and engaged in dancing and learning.

This led to some comparing Snoop's children-oriented songs to other examples of modern music, with his decidedly coming out on top in the eyes of many.
