Parkour expert Mike Wilson donned a replica Spider-Man suit to jump off a roof and surprise his son Jayden on his 5th Birthday. Jayden has been bravely fighting against a brainstem tumor after being diagnosed 15 months ago, when doctors estimated he would have one year to live.
