Super Smash Brothers - SHREK CONFIRMED??? GET HYPE!!!

Not that I dislike Shrek, but I'm honestly & personally sick and tired of seeing him all over (or some would say ogre) the internet. Him this, him that, blah blah blah. Does everything have to be about him? (& Goku?) I wish that the internet would slow down on him a little bit and experiment with overlooked others. (For instance, Woody & Buzz, since Toy Story's 20th anniversary is coming this November and I want more people to be aware. Things only turn 20 once and I don't want the world to be silent about it while goofing off with something that has been used countless times.)
But still, how was this made? I'm guessing photoshop, since that's a popular choice.
(And if I'm considered being salty, then I'm ready for the flavorful replys.)
