Hm… Well, I was about to to just ask "Whhhyyyy would you do that, Hasbro?!" But I read the story and kind of get it.

They're a big company, this kind of response is what you can expect. And I understand their reason for doing it. Could it have been handled better? Probably. But I'm not about to demonize an entire company just for this.

The focus here should just be what Lauren Faust did. There doesn't need be a "One side's awesome, the other can go fuck itself!!!" kind of mentality with this.
