Jeopardy was always bullshit and infuriating for a number of reasons, especially for sperglords like myself. First off, the PowerPoints were often fucked up and the links didn't go to the right slides, or the point values wouldn't be darkened after they've been clicked. The actual rules and procedures of playing it, such as who can answer and how much time they get, were never clear or consistent and often changed as students protested, or if someone just didn't understand and they let them get away with breaking a rule. Because the class was always divided into like 7 or 8 groups, the clues on the board weren't distributed evenly, or if they happened to be, it didn't matter with so many groups. The clues themselves often had no relation to the point amounts, and the worst was when the teacher had to decide if an answer counts ("well, not exactly, but I'll give it to you"). Most importantly, if there wasn't a prize or any incentive for winning, the points didn't mean anything, but if there was one, that just made all the bullshit more frustrating. It was alright for review, when the clues were worth a damn, but that's about it.
