So, translated that means: "Hey guys, how about you make it a little easier to collect your data. And while youre at it, how about blocking all those sites that inform about stuff like this ?"

But it has its good sides too, should it be able to overrule the german GEMA (music copyright). Even the most harsh and draconic system is more leanient then the GEMA.
