If shooting drug dealers without trial is good. You completely missed the point of the image. Basically far left American/Western Communists like Notsky embrace and idealize the Soviet Union and other commie countries as part of their ideology. At the same time, they take aspects of the mainstream American/Western Left into their ideology as leftest. So Modern Western Communists/Socialists (MWCS) end up being in favor of things like abortion, homosexuality, and drugs that are all popular with the left. However Stalin outlawed these things, and would generally be a nightmare for the more progressively minded "Communists" that are a ~plague to our planet~ fairly common sight on the internet.
