I can imagine Fallout 4 on N64 would control like Goldenye or Perfect Dark, and have a world about as open and big as either Body Harvest or the N64 Zedas. Without the expansion pak it'd run at a native resolution of 320i with lower res graphics, with expansion pak it'd run at native 480i with high res graphics.
