What made Bowie great as his ability to change. He experimented, dabbled, poked and prodded a little bit of everything. But most importantly, he was weird. Not just "kinda weird" or "a bit strange" I mean completely, utterly, over the moon weird. He made it cool to be different, ok to be strange, and something to be embraced. He changed for us so we didn't have to.
