Undertale - Semi-Realistic Undertale

Aside from Toriel, who looks a little too monstrous for the caring creature she's supposed to be, I love these redesigns. Especially Undyne, she looks fantastic. (Never really liked her sprite design, mostly because of the buck-teeth thing and her normal body. But with the crazy fish-monster body, it fits way more)

And Alphys looks really cute! Reminds me of The Land Before Time's dinosaurs.
