1. Yes. It was a tired type of fun. I started by finding real fancy pants meals on menus and copying their descriptions, but I soon stopped caring for that method. Tired humor took over.
2. Fun fact: the building's exterior is Gusteau's with trees and the kitchen is the same from Ratatouille. I wanted to make that cameo from the start.
3. The cute relationship is because of all the damn comics out there that end up with them kissing. SO MUCH SHIPPING. There needs to be at least one story where the cute train goes off the rails.
