Well, it is shown that they would've made the Earth uninhabitable. Both through the Kindergartens and remaking the Earth for their own structures. Yellow is clearly racist against Organic lifeforms. (She's essentially Dr. Nefarious.) And they even use their own "dead" as a means of creating horrific abominations to further their cause of destroying and/or conquering planets.
