JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - That Transition

So far it seems like Part 4 makes up for its less-than-stellar art direction with great cinematography. The transitions especially are some of the best I've seen out of animation in a while.

No time-wasting and straight to the point.

I think complaints about the art are pretty overblown. I've gotten used to it quick enough that Jotaro didn't even look that immediately different to me compared to Part 3.
