I think the thing that bugs me the most about the Powerpuff Girls reboot is the art style. There's no difference in line weight in the lineart, which means the characters really don't stand out or pop at all, and it just looks kind of bizarre Compare it to Steven Universe, where the differences in line weight changes within each characters lineart, which makes them much softer and more pleasant to look at. The colors also look really weird and desaturated to me as well, so l played around with the color to give it a little bit more depth I am by no means a good artist, but I thought by changing the lineart and saturation I could experiment with a screenshot and it might look a little less.. off? (Note: I don't have my tablet, so I did my best with my laptop trackpad, so if the lines look a bit strange, that's why)
