Police Brutality Controversies - Brutality

There was a 16 year old kid that got shot when tried to take a gun out of a cop's hand people legitimately cried brutality. There was also that time a cop had to get rough with some teens cause they wouldn't leave a private pool that they weren't members of and the cop got suspended

I mean, one hand this image is very racist. But on the other hand, crying brutality is a real (if infrequent?) issue

It's a political cartoon, they rarely depict reality faithfully and use over-exageration

The vast majority most likely aren't murderers, but among all the ones arrested and brutalized, some weren't all white as snow. This doesn't justify the police actions, but I guess that was the message of the cartoon.
