…why not… you know, pandering to straight female furries..? Or even more likely: how about the muscles + feet size simply show how strong he is..? Do DBZ characters “pander to gay people” for being muscular too..? Such broken logic. Seeing way too deep into it, that person.

An anthropomorphic lion is just an anthropomorphic lion. Look at the feet of other Digimon, half of them have proportionally similar sized feet. Heck, have you seen the shoe sizes of the Digidestined, they're huge. I think it's more just design, style. Any similarities to kinks are unintentional and it's highly unlikely to anything but coincidental.
