My rebuttal to Mr. Brando would be that a lot of exposition goes into explaining rules of how enemy stands work when they are introduced, or how the protag was able to defeat their enemy in a very dire situation. Reading the manga helps to make the flow of time in these situations more ideal to the viewer, as you read it at your own pace. In the anime, it becomes very apparent that people are just explaining their stands to the protag mid-battle for no reason, or the when the protag explains their whole plan as to how they defeated the enemy, an act which can require multiple sentences, they sometimes do so while they are still in the middle of defeating them. That's my two cents on the matter, at least. Also just good if you want to avoid potential spoilers.
