Mikitaka Hazekura is considered an alien, based off of his explanation and powers. Tonio Trussardi's Stand, Pearl Jam, can make the person who consumes them healthier depending on the meal they're served with. Due to Mikitaka's alien body, there's a good chance Pearl Jam cannot work properly inside of him, thus causing a different effect on him than intended.
