Hmm… I could have sworn it was the WWII vets that were around to start the EU, so I guess in a way, the Boomers destroyed their vision of a united Europe. Just one more thing the Baby Boomers are responsible for destroying, I guess.

Are we taking about WWI or WWII… cause both of those have stopped being relevant when talking about 'existing demographics'.

Cause even with WWII, that is likely less than 1% OF 1% of the population. Yes, less than 0.01%. Not much voting power.

So for the most part, if we are complaining about the actions of old people, we are talking about the children of WWII veterans, or the grandchildren of WWI veterans.

…unless this is complaining about some war I don't know about. I will readily admit that I have suffered through an American education of history (fun fact- no history class I have ever had went past WWII! …unless it is february, I suppose, and they were doing a Civil Rights thing).
