I think Youtube would mostly occupy themselves with people they personally don't like and want silenced anyway. It worked for Twitter, it worked for Reddit. Punish the freethinkers, but let the radicals run rampant because they happen to belong to your group of friends.

These rules cover 95% of all videos posted on youtube. The only videos that would be posted to follow this would be those generic vloggers.
