Part 1: About the same, I'd give the manga the slight edge though.
Part 2: The anime is better.
Part 3: The anime is better.
Part 4: Both have their strengths over the over. Anime generally ups the style with the colour changes an everything, while the manga has quite a few smaller scenes that get omitted. There are other points to make between the two, but I'm feeling lazy.
