I remember a years ago seeing edited gifs where he'd perform inflation on other characters in a variety of different ways. Like in game normally with Felicia he only does it to her tail, but some good sprite editors were able to also variants for breast, belly, and butt as well. Unfortunately I have no idea where I saw said gifs, and this was like a decade ago.
