Star vs. the Forces of Evil - If

Really hoping Marco doesnt just pull a 'Mako'. Ditching his normal girlfriend for a magical one just because the magical one started to show interest.

I think what they're going for is kinda like what Marco said in Sleepover: he put her up on this pedestal, but does he really like her, or just the image of her? It'd be different if he'd been really close to her the whole time. That having been said, I think Jarco could've worked if Star hadn't come along. But I think if Marco stayed with Jackie, realistically, one of two things would happen: he'd start drifting apart from Star and prioritizing Jackie, or Jackie would finally start feeling upset that Marco always prioritizes Star. Honestly, I don't get how she hasn't been jealous up to this point. She wouldn't have to be a bitch about it, but yeah, I definitely wouldn't like it if I were only the second most important girl in my boyfriend's life. Anyway. I do think Star and Marco have good chemistry, not just because they're best friends. There have been cases like that where I haven't really felt it. Like in Kim Possible.
