Taking a moment to leave an unwarranted serious response to a joke, no. Speaking only for straight men, attraction is directed towards female sex characteristics, that is to say feminine breasts, face, pelvic area, etc. Generally, this has little bearing on what they are attached to. If you carve such features into stone, it may well look attractive, but that does not mean one has a fetish for stone. If painted on canvas, that does not mean one has a fetish for painter's materials. If printed in a magazine, that does not mean one has a fetish for paper.
In summary: Attractive features remain attractive even when attached to an unusual subject. The only exception is when other features of the subject are so distracting as to distract from anything else. This is the fallacy of the classic "furry test" meme.

However, if the subject is more attractive on account of being a cartoon animal, well…
…that's saying something.
