Don't tl;dr this, it's actually very interesting. Or, well, I guess I can sum it up, but it means so much more coming from the number one's [translated] mouth.
After the part about the tumors in his liver, he mentions he's been ignoring political discussion because it's some of the worst discussion you can have. He talks about how he cries thinking about the things he might miss out on, is trying to create memories with his loved ones, and has been exercising a lot. Lastly, he talks about a stand-up comedy he's working on with help from a more experienced comedian that'll supposedly be ready around New Year's.
