The comic was about Cap hearing about a Neo-Nazi protest and how people were coming to counter-protest through violence.

Cap hates the Neo-Nazis but says that they have freedom of speech and points out that the Neo-Nazis wouldn't even get attention if it wasn't for the much larger counter protest, thus the attention giving them a medium to spread their hate. Overall, it is really amazing how similar the whole thing is to current events.

Yeah, Captain America WOULD say something like that. I mean, he was a Nazi the whole time after all.
