As a Pole who was born in communism, whose mother was almost killed by the regime for not conforming with the rules, whose grandma almost starved to death in Siberia at age 6, where she was sent for being a Pole I say fuck you and fuck your communism!
All of your argument comes down to "people were brainwashed to believe in communism, so it proves that communism was good".
I don't know how your life in communism looked like, but when I was a child, my mother had to stand 8 hours to buy 200g of meat for Christmas, and if I was lucky, I got 2-3 oranges as a Christmas present, because it was impossible to get them in normal conditions.
"But muh communism is equality!". Yes, it is, equality in hunger and suffering. At least for everyone whose ass don't sit on a ruling chair.
