Note: I bought the Effing Season pass after Wasteland/Vault dlc release thinking there would be more, the next thing I knew Nuka World is the Last dlc.. my face reaction

Yeah, they've added almost all the features they claimed it had in the run up to release. Multiplayer is still rudimentary but it exists.

Whether it's too late or not is up to you.
