He is at the absolute zenith of human performance in that regard. Perhaps those who have been biologically or mechanically modified, such as Samus Aran, could challenge his might, but even then it's questionable as most of those other figures are definitely confirmed to be mortal. Doom Guy might not even be capable of dying, and since his body can fight literally forever, there is no telling what force would actually be required to stop him.
