My first reaction was:

But now I'm just amused. Per this logic, a ± 1% error in the Chinese census (± 137,00,000 Chinese) would alone be enough to wipe Finland from existence--meaning China's census takers could do with the stroke of a pen with the Soviets couldn't do with at least half a million soldiers, thousands of tanks, and thousands of aircraft.

China is now the most powerful country in the world.

I guess they're trying hard not to be Finnished off.
