Democracy is unkind to all minorities by its nature. If there were only two races and the split were 48/52 percent, the 52 would imagine a reason they're superior and to pass laws fucking over the 48. This behavior disappears if (1) people stop voting for assholes, ha ha good luck or (2) races mix, as they do, to the point that there is no single race with over 50%. This means democracy has to work through compromise, as its supposed to. It also helps that the well-off tend to have fewer children than the poor, which is why in prosperous countries population is in decline without immigration. So, white people have been winning for so long they are beginning to loose their majority advantage. We're moving to something more stable and generally fair for everyone. Unless Trump has anything to say about it, I mean.
