When pointing out that hate speech laws are flawed and dangerous, wouldn't you agree that it makes more sense to highlight cases where they're being flawed and dangerous?

Hell, even in the States the First Amendment doesn't cover all speech. Incitements to violence for example. Jailing people for being "grossly offensive" is not a system worth defending.

Have you noticed that americans pay attention to hate speech laws when it backfires on bullshit but not actually when it silences nazis or an imam that supports isis?
