To be fair, this was a clean up of Lowlands Recreation Ground, a small park in Harrow, London – so there's nothing wrong with removing garbage from that public place. Still, the gleaming pride and heartfelt terror British Police feels towards scissors and butter knives is hilarious for anyone who comes from a place where even little children are taught to properly handle these, aka the rest of the world.
