The last thing that you'd want in your Museum of Ancient History is someone's foot vase. But, as it turns out, that might be what's on exhibit.

I can't help but notice how detailed those feet are, how they are so unmistakably human in appearance. I mean, there are even ankles there and they have this anatomical sloped alignment, too. The top of the vessel looks so rough in comparison.

Such a bizarre item, too. If OP didn't say how old it was I'd think it's some sort of modern '2deep4me' art exhibit rather than a regular household utensil.
